Perhaps the second most popular garden is Queen Elizabeth Park. This garden offers a tour that is absolutely free and a great place for families with children. There are many interesting birds flying around in the Bloedel Conservatory. The experience is sure to be relaxing, enjoyable, and educational.
The other most popular gardens of the Greater Vancouver area include the Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden, the UBC Botanical Garden, the Nitobe Memorial Garden, and the Park and Tilford Gardens. Many of these gardens are Japanese in style and incorporate beautiful and unique water features. In addition, consider taking a trip to the Minter Gardens which are about an hour east of Vancouver. While the drive is a bit long, it is definitely worth it!
